Establishes a Human Trafficking Records Commission to review Epstein investigation records, authorizes ERPOs, and provides funding.

The bill establishes a Human Trafficking Records Commission within the Department of Justice to review and release records related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. It also makes conforming changes to legislative privilege and confidentiality, authorizes the State Bureau of Investigation to assist the Commission, allows issuance of Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs) for individuals identified in the released records, and provides funding to the Department of Justice.
