Extends the North Carolina Primary Care Payment Reform Task Force to evaluate primary care spending and recommend reforms.

The bill extends the North Carolina Primary Care Payment Reform Task Force, housed within the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Benefits. The Task Force will establish a definition of primary care, conduct an actuarial evaluation of healthcare spending, and collect data on primary care services. It will also study primary care payment systems in other states, evaluate the need for a permanent task force, and recommend reforms.
