Extends certain rights and recognitions to the Catawba Indian Nation in North Carolina.

This bill extends certain rights and recognitions to the Catawba Indian Nation in North Carolina. It grants full faith and credit to judgments, decrees, and orders of the Catawba Indian Nation's tribal courts. It also allows the Catawba Indian Nation to establish a probation and parole agency and authorizes its law enforcement officers. Additionally, it provides for the allocation of nonfederal matching funds and state funds for public assistance and social services programs to the Catawba Indian Nation.
