It redefines "eligible private postsecondary institution" to include schools that are members of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools as of January 1, 2021, or accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) as a level VI degree-granting institution.
