Establishes local adult protection multidisciplinary teams to review cases of disabled and older adults.

The bill establishes local adult protection multidisciplinary teams to review cases of disabled and older adults being served by adult protective services. These teams can share information and coordinate services to prevent abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Each county can establish its own team or participate in a multicounty team. Teams must meet at least four times a year and include members from various agencies and organizations. The Department of Health and Human Services is responsible for training team members.
