Repeals the North Carolina Drug Tax by removing relevant sections of the General Statutes.

This bill repeals the North Carolina Drug Tax by removing Article 2D of Subchapter I of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes. The repeal does not affect any rights, liabilities, refunds, or credits that arose under the statute before its effective date. The act becomes effective upon becoming law.
