Introduced·3/19/25

North Carolina S331 makes documents prepared by legislative employees for legislators public records.

North Carolina S331 amends existing law to make documents prepared by legislative employees for legislators public records. This includes bills, resolutions, proposed amendments, committee substitutes, and conference committee reports once introduced or offered.
