North Carolina S262 rescinds all applications by the General Assembly to Congress for a convention to propose amendments to the U.S. Constitution, made prior to December 1, 2024. This act cancels any applications, whether for a limited or general convention, under Article V of the U.S. Constitution. The rescission takes effect immediately upon the act becoming law.
