Removes specific property from the corporate limits of the Town of Four Oaks, North Carolina.

North Carolina S214 removes two parcels of land from the corporate limits of the Town of Four Oaks. The first parcel, known as "Remaining Combined Area," is 14.432 acres and is shown on a map recorded in Johnston County. The second parcel, referred to as Area 1, is 11.609 acres and is shown on another map recorded in Johnston County. The act does not affect the validity of existing liens for ad valorem taxes or special assessments. Property within these areas as of January 1, 2025, is no longer subject to municipal taxes starting July 1, 2025.
