It allows applicants to submit scores from any identified test, including the SAT, ACT, or Classic Learning Test (CLT). The bill also mandates that high school students who have completed Algebra I or are in the last month of the course be given an opportunity to take a version of the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT), PreACT test, or CLT10 at no cost.
