North Carolina H731 appropriates $150,000 from the General Fund for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to the Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice. The funds will be used for the development of the Pauli Murray Center Green, including functional access and critical drainage and stormwater management systems. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
