Requires criminal history record checks for athlete agents applying for registration or renewal in the state.

Requires all applicants for registration or renewal of registration as an athlete agent in the state to consent to a criminal history record check. Refusal to consent may result in the denial of a certificate of registration. The Secretary of State must provide the State Bureau of Investigation with the applicant's fingerprints and other identifying information for a check against state and national criminal history records. The cost of the check and fingerprinting is paid by the applicant. The criminal history report is confidential and not a public record.
