Effective July 1, 2025, the Administrative Officer of the Courts will set annual salaries for full-time magistrates, who are those assigned to work an average of at least 40 hours a week. Salary increases will occur every two years for Steps 1 through 3 and every four years for Steps 4 through 6. The bill also specifies the salary steps for full-time magistrates.
