Allows a regional public transportation authority to operate a buspool more than ten miles beyond its territorial jurisdiction.

This bill amends the North Carolina General Statutes to allow a regional public transportation authority to operate a buspool more than ten miles beyond its territorial jurisdiction. The authority is granted the power to set rates, fees, and charges for its public transportation system. The act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
