Prohibits discrimination in state disaster recovery assistance based on political affiliation.
Prohibits the state and its agencies from denying or discriminating against U.S. citizens or legal residents for disaster recovery assistance based on political affiliation or speech. Violations are classified as a Class I felony. This act applies to offenses committed on or after December 1, 2025.
