North Carolina H228 provides $25,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Fund to the City of Asheville for a study on extending the city's water system to Pisgah View State Park. The study will assess the feasibility and cost of extending the water system several miles to serve the new state park. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
