Establishes a Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Fund to provide access to continuous alcohol monitoring for defendants unable to pay.

The CAM Accessibility & Sustainability Act creates a Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Fund within the Division of Community Supervision and Reentry of the Department of Adult Correction. This fund will be used to provide continuous alcohol monitoring as a sentencing option for individuals the court determines are unable to pay for the monitoring. The fund will be financed by an additional charge of five cents on each bottle of spirituous liquor sold at the uniform State price.
