North Carolina H213 mandates employers to display veterans' benefits notices in workplaces with five or more employees.

North Carolina H213 requires employers to post notices about veterans' benefits in every room where five or more people work. The notice must include information on military records requests, veterans' services, benefits and claims, employment and training, and housing assistance. The Department of Labor will work with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to create and distribute these posters. The Commissioner of Labor must also provide a digital or printed form of the notice upon request.
