Expands limited access to identifying information of minors in certain local government programs.

The bill modifies existing law to expand the localities where limited access to identifying information of minors participating in certain programs applies. It specifies that the name, address, age, date of birth, telephone number, email address, and other identifying information of minors in programs sponsored by local governments or funded by the North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc., or a local partnership, are not public records. This act is effective immediately upon becoming law.
