North Carolina H154 requires NCInnovation to transfer all state funds and assets, excluding certain amounts and interest, back to the state. The State Controller will manage this transfer and deposit the funds into the General Fund. These funds will remain unappropriated until the General Assembly decides to appropriate them. The act also repeals Article 76A of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes 60 days after it becomes law.
