North Carolina H1202 provides $6.1 million in nonrecurring funds to Forsyth Tech for establishing a law enforcement driving training center in King. The center, in partnership with the City of Winston-Salem, will feature a driving pad, roadway, and instructional building. It will serve as part of Forsyth Tech's Basic Law Enforcement Training and continuing education programs. The act becomes effective July 1, 2026.
