Allows students with disabilities attending nonpublic schools to enroll part-time in public schools.

Requires local school administrative units and charter schools to allow children with disabilities who attend nonpublic schools to enroll part-time in public schools. Local boards of education must develop policies permitting this enrollment, and charter schools must provide information about part-time enrollment on their websites. Students enrolled part-time do not count toward the enrollment growth of the charter school. The bill also appropriates funds to support the implementation of these provisions.
