The bill appropriates $10 million to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to establish a grant program for Disabled American Veterans chapters. Each chapter can receive up to $1 million per fiscal year for facility renovations and additional resources for disabled veterans. The Department must distribute grants across the state and allow unallocated funds to remain available for future grants. The Department must submit a report by July 1, 2027, detailing the grants awarded.
