North Carolina H1004 allocates funds to establish Artificial Intelligence Hubs and technology hubs at select constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina. The bill appropriates $16 million in nonrecurring funds and $8 million in recurring funds for AI Hubs, with each hub required to match 10% of the funds with non-State funds.
