A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 62.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to possession of firearms or dangerous weapons at a publicly owned or operated building; and to amend and reenact section 62.1-02-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to possession of firearms or dangerous weapons at a public gathering.
