Establishes a special committee to evaluate the executive branch's COVID-19 response and develop future strategies.

The bill creates the "Senate Select Committee on the Executive Branch's Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic." This committee will evaluate New Jersey's executive branch response to the COVID-19 pandemic and develop strategies for future outbreaks. The committee will have six members appointed by the Senate President, with no more than three from a single political party. The committee can issue subpoenas, hold hearings, and employ special counsel with written approval from the Senate President. The resolution takes effect immediately.
