Establishes a task force to study ways to increase diversity within New Jersey law enforcement agencies.

The New Jersey Diversity in Law Enforcement Task Force is established to study methods to increase diversity and community representation within law enforcement agencies. The task force will examine current data, research, and policies related to diversity issues, and will develop recommendations to implement strategies within law enforcement agencies. The task force will submit a final report to the Governor and the Legislature within a year.
