This bill establishes the "Williams and Amenhotep New Jersey Task Force on Missing Persons" to review best practices for investigating reports of missing persons, examine the current law enforcement response to such reports, and determine if changes are needed. The task force will consist of nine members, including the Attorney General, the Commissioner of Children and Families, and others. The task force will submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature within 12 months, after which it will dissolve three months later.
