Establishes a commission to study and promote apprenticeship programs to high school students.

The bill establishes the "Commission on Apprenticeship Program Promotion" to study and recommend ways to promote apprenticeship programs to high school students. The commission will demonstrate the value of these programs and the economic opportunities available upon completion. It consists of seven members appointed by various state officials and leaders. The commission will issue a report within one year and dissolve 30 days after its submission.
