New Jersey SJR18 requires the Attorney General to investigate whether pedophile organizations use the internet to encourage sex offenders to engage in sexual relationships that violate state law. These organizations promote the abolition of age-of-consent laws and advocate for the legalization of consensual sexual relationships between adults and minors. The Attorney General must report the investigation's findings to the Governor and the Legislature within one year.
