Establishes a special committee to investigate New Jersey's public employee health care program costs.

This bill creates the "New Jersey Public Employee Health Care Program Costs Investigation Committee," a special committee of the Senate and General Assembly. The committee will investigate increases in health care premiums and periodic charges, the reasoning behind these increases, and the contract dispute with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.
