New Jersey S951 prohibits the Department of Health from issuing recommendations, directives, rules, or regulations that are more stringent than those issued by the federal government. This includes guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or any other federal agency. The bill is retroactive to any actions taken by the Department of Health before its effective date.
