Establishes the "New Jersey Transit ADA Task Force" to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The bill establishes the "New Jersey Transit ADA Task Force" to study and compile a list of upgrades needed to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act for all terminals, stations, stops, and equipment owned or operated by the New Jersey Transit Corporation or entities under contract with it. The task force will also determine the cost of each upgrade and whether ramps can be installed where elevators are not available or not compliant. The task force will expire upon submission of its report to the Governor and the Legislature within two years of the bill's effective date.
