The Attorney General sets these fees for charitable and non-profit organizations based on revenue, ranging from $30 to $250. Volunteer fire companies are not currently exempt from this fee, but would be if the bill is enacted. This exemption does not relieve volunteer fire companies of their obligation to register as non-profit organizations.
