Exempts sales of recreational safety helmets from sales and use tax in New Jersey.

This bill exempts sales of recreational safety helmets from sales and use tax in New Jersey. It defines recreational safety helmets as those meeting standards for bicycle, motorcycle, and other operators or designed for downhill skiing and similar snow activities. The exemption applies to sales made three months after the bill's enactment.
