New Jersey S854 provides that a public school parent who objects to learning material or activity that the parent considers harmful may receive a voucher from the school district to enroll the student in a nonpublic school. The voucher equals 75 percent of the resident school district’s annual spending per pupil prorated based upon the number of days remaining in the school year.
