Establishes the New Jersey School Counts County College Scholarship Program for high school graduates meeting attendance, punctuality, and academic.

The bill establishes the New Jersey School Counts County College Scholarship Program within the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority. It provides a two-year scholarship for full-time enrollment in a degree program at a county college for students who meet certain criteria, including a 95 percent or greater rate of school attendance and punctuality, a C grade point average or above in all academic courses, completion of more than the minimum number of credits required for graduation, and successful completion of Algebra I.
