Establishes a fund to cover health benefits for kidney donors in New Jersey.

New Jersey S810 establishes a Kidney Donor Insurance Fund in the Department of Banking and Insurance to cover health benefits for live kidney donors. The fund will pay for the highest level of health benefits plan premiums for donors through the New Jersey Individual Health Coverage Program for their lifetime. The state will cover all premiums, with no liability on the donor or their employer. The fund will be non-lapsing and revolving, supported by grants and appropriations.
