This bill transfers the administration of programs for individuals with developmental disabilities aged 21-29 from the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Human Services to the Children's System of Care in the Department of Children and Families. The Division of Children's System of Care will determine eligibility and provide support and services deemed appropriate. The Division of Developmental Disabilities may continue to provide services to individuals under 30 years of age who were eligible before the effective date of this bill.
