New Jersey S762 establishes a penalty for planned real estate development associations that fail to provide timely access to meeting minutes.

New Jersey S762 amends existing law to establish a penalty for planned real estate development associations that fail to provide timely access to executive board meeting minutes. The Commissioner of Community Affairs is authorized to impose a penalty of up to $2,000 per meeting for which the minutes were not made available to association members. This bill aims to ensure that associations comply with existing requirements under the 1993 supplement to "The Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act.
