The bill expands the opportunity for resident homeowners in certain manufactured home parks to purchase their parks. It modifies certain requirements for the disposition of private residential leasehold communities. The bill requires the Department of Community Affairs to publish a list of nonprofit organizations committed to preserving affordable housing. The bill also modifies the requirements for the disposition of private residential leasehold communities.
