Allows religious services to continue during state or public health emergencies.
Permits religious organizations to conduct services during a state of emergency or public health emergency declared by the Governor. Ensures that such declarations do not infringe on the right to worship or travel to a place of worship. Also, it does not authorize penalties against religious institutions or members for exercising their religion. The Governor can still require religious organizations to follow health, safety, or occupancy requirements applicable to all essential service providers.
