Increases solar development goals of SREC-II program and extends target dates to 2035.

The bill modifies the SREC-II program to increase its solar development goals and extend certain target dates to 2035. It establishes a small solar facilities incentive program to award SREC-IIs to community solar facilities and net metered solar facilities less than five megawatts in size. The Board of Public Utilities is authorized to establish cost containment measures for the competitive solicitation process and to extend the minimum duration of the competitive solicitation process until 2035.
