New Jersey S668 increases Medicaid reimbursement for in-person partial care and intensive outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services for adults. The bill mandates that the reimbursement rates for these services be increased by 35 percent. This includes per diem and hourly rates for partial care and intensive outpatient services, as well as services provided during treatment, such as intake evaluation, psychiatric evaluation, family counseling, individual counseling, and group counseling.
