New Jersey S665 establishes the Eagleton Science and Politics Fellowship Program at the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers, the State University. The program selects scientists, engineers, and health care professionals with a PhD or equivalent doctoral professional degree in natural sciences, engineering, or healthcare to serve as fellows. A minimum of four fellows will be assigned each year, with at least two working with the New Jersey Legislature and two with the Executive Branch.
