Increases FY2024 appropriation to the Center for Great Expectations by $1.5 million.

This bill increases the FY2024 appropriation from the General Fund to the Department of Children and Families for the Center for Great Expectations by $1.5 million, from $500,000 to $2.0 million. The Center for Great Expectations, located in Somerset, provides safe housing and supportive services to over 1,000 women, men, and children annually, many of whom are homeless, economically marginalized, pregnant, or parenting.
