New Jersey S656 mandates the study of infant fatalities and near fatalities potentially linked to vaccination.

New Jersey S656 requires the State’s Child Fatality and Near Fatality Review Board to identify and study infant fatalities and near fatalities that may have resulted from vaccination. The board must ensure that at least one local or regional community-based review team is designated to review cases of infant fatality and near fatality potentially linked to vaccination. The board is also required to engage in an ongoing study of the effects of vaccination on infant mortality and near mortality.
