New Jersey S632 provides tax credits for supermarkets and small food retailers with dedicated displays for Jersey Fresh products.

New Jersey S632 allows tax credits for grocery stores and small food retailers that maintain dedicated displays for Jersey Fresh products. The credit is $2,000 per display in a grocery store and $1,000 per display in a small food retailer. To qualify, the displays must be at least 25 square feet in a grocery store or 12 square feet in a small food retailer and must be maintained for 120 days or more during the taxable year.
