Amends New Jersey's "Law Against Discrimination" to grant volunteers raising service or guide dogs access to public facilities.

The bill amends the New Jersey "Law Against Discrimination" to ensure volunteers raising service or guide dogs have the same rights and privileges as persons with disabilities when accessing public facilities. This change applies to volunteers raising dogs from eight weeks to 18 months, prior to formal training. The service or guide dog must wear a collar, leash, or other identifying device and be under the control of the volunteer. The volunteer must also have credentials from an accredited program available for inspection. This act takes effect four months after enactment.
