New Jersey S4792 authorizes the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to issue special childhood cancer awareness license plates. The plates will display words and images signifying support for childhood cancer awareness. The WITH Grace Initiative, in consultation with the chief administrator, will select the design and color scheme. The initiative will also contribute non-public funds to offset the initial costs.
